Our Interdisciplinary Team works closely with patients, families and other healthcare providers to ensure dignity, comfort and quality at the end-of-life.

  • Hospice Nurse

    Full-Time Position. The Hospice Nurse plans, coordinates and provides care to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of hospice patients in Sweetwater County. Current WY RN or LPN license required. New Graduate applications accepted. Sign on bonus available.
